how does it work?

OUR PROCESS

BRING YOUR ITEMS IN

PREPARING YOUR ITEMS

We accept a maximum of up to 20 items (one bag per quote.)


Ensure your items are:

  • In excellent condition (no stains, no rips and freshly laundered)
  • Folded not on hangers
WHAT WE ACCEPT

We accept high-quality items across all categories, including:

  • All genders and sizes
  • Clothing, shoes, and accessories

Please do not bring the following items:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Activewear
  • Bridal or formal wear
  • Fast-fashion or low-quality brands
  • Counterfeit or fake designer items
DROP OFF HOURS

Drop-offs are available during opening hours, or by appointment. DM us on Instagram, or email hello@fromjuni.com.au to arrange a time that works for you.

LET US REVIEW

WAIT TIME

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

You’ll receive a text/email when your offer is ready, and can return during opening hours or arrange a time to collect your items/receive your cash or store credit offer.

Remaining items must be collected within 7 days after we notify you - otherwise, they will be donated on your behalf.
HOW WE PRICE

Our team carefully evaluates your pre-loved items based on condition, current market trends, demand, and resale data to provide a fair offer.

Offers are fixed and non-negotiable, but there’s no pressure - you’re free to decline and pick up your items if you choose.
ITEMS WE CAN'T ACCEPT

Sometimes we’re not able to make an offer - but it’s nothing personal. Our team follows clear criteria and can share feedback or suggest if an item is worth bringing back later.

Here’s why an item might not be accepted:

  • Out of season or not currently in demand
  • Needs minor fixes (like a stain or missing button)
  • Doesn’t suit our current stock needs

What to do instead:

  • Sell: Try Depop, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or local markets
  • Repurpose: Gift to friends or family or upcyle
  • Donate: from juni can pass them on to a charity on your behalf

3.

SELL, CONSIGN OR DONATE

SELL

Our team evaluates your items and sets a resale price based on quality, demand, and market data.

We offer 50% store credit or 30% cash on accepted items - (40% on items with a resale value over $249.)

You can:

  • Accept the offer and receive same-day payment (Via PayID or cash, or a store credit added to your account)
  • Decline the offer and take your items back
  • Choose to donate any unaccepted items through from juni.

Offers are non-negotiable and made at our discretion - you're welcome to decline the offer and take your items back.
CONSIGN
  • Your items will be on the shop floor for up to 30 days

  • from juni retains 70% of the final sale price from each item sold

  • You’ll be paid for sold items at the end of the 30 day period - 30% return (40% on items with a resale value over $249.)

  • If your items don’t sell, you’ll have 7 days to collect them after we notify you - otherwise, they’ll be donated on your behalf
DONATE

You may leave items to be donated through from juni.

Donations are made on your behalf to local organisations or partners.

BEFORE YOU SELL

ITEM REQUIREMENTS

To ensure quality and fairness to all our customers and sellers, please make sure:

- All items are clean, washed, and in good condition (no stains, rips, or holes)

- Only items that meet our acceptance guidelines will be considered

We accept a wide range of designer, vintage, and handmade labels - including but not limited to:
